William Porter McRoberts, M.D.
Born in Seattle, Dr McRoberts has authored multitudes of research articles and book chapters with well over 1000 citations. Completeing residency training as Chief Resident at Loma Linda University in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, he then completed an Interventional Spine and Surgical Pain Fellowship at Emory University, also as Chief Fellow. He has served as Primary Investigator and research scientist on dozens of FDA primary assesment research trials within the interventional spine, pain and neuromodulation space. In addition to interventional fracture management, he is an expert in micro-invasive spine and peripheral nerve surgery, spinal decompressive techniques, orthobiologics, percutaneous fracture stabilization, and both chemical and electrical neuromodulation of the spinal cord and peripheral nerves. He has lectured and taught world wide on design and innovation of novel approaches to the treatment of pain and spine disorders. He has performed well over 50,000 spine and pain surgeries and procedures. When not seeing patients, he is an avid sailor, traveler, cyclist, swimmer and free diver.
Dr. Giuseppe Paese, D.O.
Dr. Paese is a highly trained and educated physician who holds board certifications in five separate specialties. He is board certified in Stem Cell Therapies, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Medicine, Sports Medicine and Chiropractic.
Dr. Paese graduated from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency from Detroit Medical Center (DMC)/Wayne State University (WSU) and then went on to complete a subspecialty fellowship in Pain Medicine from DMC/WSU as well. Dr. Paese also holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University and a certification in Chiropractic Sports Medicine (CCSP) from National University of Health Sciences.
He has been awarded the prestigious honor of Hour Detroit Magazine Top Doctor for 6 years in Pain Medicine/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Harold Lawrence Dalton, D.O.
Dr. Larry Dalton was born in Norfolk, VA, and raised in Melbourne, FL. He received both his B.S. and M.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. He fulfilled his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago/Northwestern University, and was an Interventional Spine Physiatry Fellow at Georgia Pain Physicians/Emory University, receiving his fellowship in interventional pain management.
Dr. Dalton is married with two children. His wide range of interests include fishing, exercise, cooking, travel, scuba, college football, and martial arts.
Kevin Douglas Cairns, M.D.
Dr. Kevin Cairns was born in Los Angeles, received his M.D. from New York Medical College and fulfilled his residency at Harvard Medical School. He also received a fellowship in neurology from Harvard as well as a fellowship in Interventional Spine Physiatry from Georgia Pain Physicians, Emory University in Atlanta. He is an expert in Peripheral Nerve Field Stimulation and stays on the leading edge of innovation in non-invasive and minimally invasive spinal treatments.
Dr. Cairns was appointed by the Governor to the Board of Medicine. In addition, he is the chairman of office surgery for the state of Florida, and serves as Vice Chairman of Credentialing of Physicians in Florida.
He is married. An outdoor enthusiast, he is a tri-athlete who also enjoys windsurfing, fishing, music and theatre.
